1. Course Coordinators - Deadline: Today

2. ABET Course Syllabus (used to be Course Description) - Deadline: Winter 2012

• A template will be made available soon.
• To upload your ABET syllabus, log onto CSNS and go to Curriculum -> Undergraduate Courses. Click on the Edit icon to the left of the course name and upload the ABET syllabus there. Note that you'll only see the Edit icon if you are the coordinator of the course or you are a system administrator.

3. Text Books - Deadline: Spring 2011

• Please start compiling textbooks for adoption in 2011-2012 and send it to Tricia. Select one primary textbook and one or more alternate textbooks. The primary textbook becomes the adopted choice for all lower division core courses.
• This information is also included in ABET Course Syllabus. 

4. Course Journals - Deadline: Winter 2012

• Please start compiling course journals from this quarter (Spring 2011) so we'll have one year of data by the end of Winter 2012.
• We'll try to keep only online course journals this time (save trees!). Please see the tutorial on how to create online course journals on CSNS.

5. Curriculum Vita - Deadline: Winter 2012

• Old resumes from the 2006 ABET cycle.
• Template for the new format.
• To upload an updated CV, log onto CSNS using the ABET account. Go to Resources -> File Manager -> Faculty Resumes. Click Edit on your resume then click Replace and upload your updated CV.

6. Publications with students - Deadline: Winter 2012

Please update the publication list.

7. Surveys - Deadline: Spring 2011

Please complete the Undergraduate Program Survey and the Graduate Program Survey.
