2. Minor Features and Improvements

• Use ExpandableListView for layer selection. (Eddie)
• Use background Loader to update config/bookmark/layer/tile data.
• Improve the speed of the initial loading of the layer data.
• Improve the responsiveness of MapActivity when the user comes back from another Activity
• Show map legends on colored maps.
• Other minor things that come up during beta testing.
