I haven't looked at it yet, but I'm pleased to see that every team submitted something. 

As a minor distraction, it's now possible to have setup run automatically when a file is run.

Add 

auto_setup=True

to the PyLogo call at the bottom of the file.

I've added it to both network_algorithms and network_framework. (Of course, you are welcome to remove it in your code.)
