So far, no one has said anything about the possible extra-credit assignment. Admittedly, the options were all difficult challenges. 

As an alternative, we are open to you completing past assignments. For example, there were a number of assignments that asked for, say, three problems for which some students did only two. Also, some of the assignments asked for at least one difficult puzzle, and some people did only relatively easy puzzles. 

If you want to add to or improve your work over the semester, please do the additional work and send it to either Russ.Abbott@gmail.com or kevinmarlis@gmail.com. We will add it to CSNS. 

We want to know what you know and understand. If your work over the past semester is in your view not a complete reflection of what you know, this is a chance to complete the picture. Please include a fairly complete discussion of what you did. If you start with code from someone else or from the web, indicate what you added and your rationale for those additions or changes. Code without your explanation does not help us determine what you know and understand.

As you know, we will be issuing tentative grades very soon. The MW class grades must be published by this weekend. So for the MW class, the deadline is Sat (12/7) 6:00 pm. For the Sat class, the deadline is Tuesday (12/10) 6:00 pm.
