Since we want to keep the MW class synchronized with the Saturday class(es), but since next Monday is Labor Day, we have modified the schedule a bit.

We will devote the current and following week to A*

• The current assignment is as it was. (It is now numbered 2a.) We discussed A* in class Wednesday and will do the same Saturday during the second half of the meeting. Presentations on the homework (CS 188 Project 1) are scheduled for Wed Sept 4 and Sat Sept 7.

• The next assignment is to read the A* code and to be prepared to explain it in class. (It is now numbered 2b.) Presentations are scheduled for Mon Sept 9 and Sat Sept. 14. We did an overview of the code this past Wednesday for the MW class and will do an overview of the code on Sept 7 for the Sat class.
