The beach can be cool sometimes. I like it when the beach has a movie night. Also, Santa Monica Pier is a great beach to visit. The pier is filled with entertainment such as arcades, food, performers, and a roller coaster. Furthermore, you can also just see the beach and its beautiful view. Although Santa Monica Pier is great, it does have some downsides such as traffic and a lack of parking. To get there, I recommend taking the Metro Expo Line. It may take a while but it is worth it since you don't have to worry about traffic and parking.
