Just wondering if we will be focusing on part 3 of the Amuse-Bouche lab on Monday since we didn’t get to it this last Wednesday or if we will be moving on straight to part 4 as originally scheduled?

Thanks for asking.  We have a bit more left over from Wednesday, and them we will do part 3. We'll do part  4 Wednesday.
