We will have candidates for faculty positions speaking in our class both this Wednesday (2/20) and next Monday (2/25).

This Wednesday (tomorrow) we will meet in ET-A227. Next Monday we will meet in ET-A332. (Two other candidates will also visit, but they will speak in other classes.)

Since these two talks will effectively take up a week of our time the current assignment (posted) will be due in two weeks (March 4).

The teams (3 people each) have been drawn and assigned. (One of the teams has 4 people.)

We will discuss the assignment Feb 27, but please don't wait until then to get started! If you have questions, please post them to the Forum. (I will use the questions you post to help determine what we will discuss Feb 27.)

Please come to hear the candidates. They have been asked to prepare talks that are accessible to upper-division undergraduates. We will want to know what you think of their talks!
