Since we are using the 24 hour time system, does that mean we need a datafield for AM and PM?

We don't need a AM/PM field because when it is 12:00 in 24 hr system, that is the equivalent of 12:00 PM in 12 hr system and when it is 24:00/0:00 it is start of 12:00 AM in 12 hr system.

Actually ignore my previous comment. I am also confused about that part too.

In a 24 hour system, time between 00:00:00 and 11:59:59 (inclusively) is explicitly AM and time between 12:00:00 and 23:59:59 (inclusively) is explicitly PM.

You do not need to show AM and PM since, as mentioned previously, this is implied in the 24-hour system.
