Hi Professor.

The link (https://docs.mongodb.com/tutorials/install-mongodb-on-windows/) is invalid.

This is the correct one (https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/tutorial/install-mongodb-on-windows/). (There is no 's' in the 'tutorial')

Thanks for the heads-up. They changed some links since version 4 was released; also on Windows it no longer requires manual configuration of mongod service. I've updated the instructions.
