Reinforcement learning project part 1 due Fri or Monday?

In the prompt it says due April 13-16, CSNS says April 16th. Does this mean we will have class time on Friday to work together in our group and discuss the project?? Or should we come to class with a good idea as to the programming language/ project description we would like to use?

I plan to present a preliminary version of the talk I'll be giving at the conference. We can also use April 16 for groups that didn't get to finish their presentations April 13. Since April 16 is a Monday, I will understand if some members of the class can't make it. (I won't take attendance.) In short, I'd like all three groups to be prepared to present on Friday April 13.
