is there a chance you will be able to record your lectures in class using  teamviewer or gomeeting that way we can reference it at home

I don't think so, as we don't really control the AV equipment in the building with the lecture hall, but I'll ask about it. I'm not sure if TeamViewer would work, as we need a good camera to get the screen and my lecturing.
