A few Course related changes.

. Allow longer forum names as some course names are very long (e.g. "Sensors, Data Acquisition, and Instrumentation with Applications in Biomedical Engineering").

. Edit Course now creates a course forum if it's missing.

. Allow two trailing letters in course code (e.g. MATH104AP).

. Automatically remove spaces in course code when creating a course.

. Replace new lines with <br> in course catalog description when displaying a course.
