PASSIONATE ABOUT TEACHING CODING TO K-8 STUDENTS? The Coding School, a non-profit dedicated to teaching coding to elementary and We have after-school coding courses established at schools throughout Los Angeles and Sacramento teaching coding to over 700 students per year. We're also currently being considered by the National Science Foundation for a research grant on Coding and Early Education. Your commitment can be as little as 3 hours per week or more if you would like. Four of our instructors have already credited their recently earned internships at Microsoft, Intel, Google and SpaceX to their teaching positions with The Coding School. Compensation: $20-25 per teaching hour plus transportation reimbursement.
