Group Advising 1

•     Target: Those students who are currently taking the CS2011/CS2012/CS2013/CS2148 courses
•     Time and Location: Monday, May 15th, from 1.30PM-2.30PM in King Hall Lecture Hall 1
•     Do the following before the meeting:
  •         (1) Register for the courses for Fall 2017.
  •         (2) Review Sections IV and V from the Student Handbook
  •         (3) Print and complete Page 19. Replace Year 1 by 2015 or 2016 or 2017 and complete the planner.
    •             (i)   Include all courses completed here at CSULA from the beginning.
    •             (ii)  Include all your future planned courses as in Fall 2017 and beyond.
    •             (iii) The Roadmap must be complete as in Plan 1 and Plan 2 (Pages 15-16).

Group Advising 2

•     Target: Those students who will be registering for Senior Design (CS4961) in Fall 2017
•     Time & Location: Monday, May 15th from 12.15PM-1.30PM in King Hall Lecture Hall 1
•     Do the following before the meeting:
  •         (1) Register for all other courses for Fall 2017 other than CS4961.
  •         (2) If you have not completed any of these courses (MATH255, Math elective, PHYS2200, CS4440, EE3445), you must register for them in Summer/Fall 2017.
  •         (3) Bring this flowchart (http://www.calstatela.edu/ecst/cs/major-flow-chart) and cross out all the courses completed or registered through Summer/Fall 2017. We need to see all of the courses through Row 4 crossed out before allowing you to register for CS4961.
