Provide ways to delete Students and FacultyMembers and for Students and FacultyMembers to add and delete Courses.

This part confuses me. For the first part, providing ways to delete students and facultyMembers, I'm assuming that only the admin can do that? and for students and faculty member to add and delete the course, they need to provide there ID so they can do those actions?

Because I thought it would be logically strange if either the student or facultymember has authority to delete either of students or faculty members, unless you're an admin. 

Or it can be anyone doing those action? It didn't say so I wasn't sure.

Any thoughts?
