Hello to whom may read this,

If anyone can kindly answer, the problem says "Your program must work for any input," does that literally mean ANY input, or just the letters on the number pad? If so for the letters on the number pad, do we have to consider lower lowercase letters, numbers 1 and 0, and the * and #?
