i have one doubt in hw 1 solution; In question 2 d part:

(d) Suppose the average seek time is 30 msec. How much time does it take (on the average) to locate and transfer a
single block given its block address?
seek time + average rotational delay + transfer time
= 0.03 + 0.0125 + 0.025 = 0.0375

Now the solution of above addition comes 0.0675 not .0375.

I guessed that for avg we have to divide by 2. But than also the solution comes .03375. Can somebody show the exact calculation how .0375 came.  Thanks in advance.
