I was looking around the internet for what the VPN is and I found here on slide 39:
But when I looked in to the notes it says:
I'm unsure which one is the correct formula to follow to find the VPN. eye - look or look - eye

The book says VPN = eye - look (section 7.2.1). It then goes on to say that when we normalize VPN it becomes the n vector. Both the VPN and the n vector point from look to eye (they point the opposite direction from where the camera is facing). |
