GAPP Project:- Program Term availability Clarification

milincjoshi Posts: 7	Posted 17:47 Jan 27, 2016 \| While developing GAPP Project do we assume that all Programs are available for all terms (eg:- Computer Science is and will be available for Winter 2016, Spring 2016, Summer 2016, Fall 2016 and all future terms), or can there be a case where a Program is not available for specific term (eg:- Computer Science Program is not available for Spring 2016.), so that students cannot apply to that Program at that Specific term? (Real Life Case:- Cal State LA is not accepting applications for Spring 2016)

As you said, in practice not all programs are available for all terms, but for this project let's assume they are because a) it makes implementation a little easier, and b) this system is used for department/supplemental application, and the term restriction will be enforced by CSUMentor when the students submit their university applications.

This is a good point.
