GAPP Project Description Clarifications

In other words, we don't ask for GPA and transcript for each of the degree listed in "Educational background". We'll discuss uploading and storing files later. For HW3, you can take a look at the File class in CSNS2 and see how it's used, or you can use a byte[] field to store a uploaded file (e.g. a transcript).
