while trying to add dependency the dependency auto complete search feature not working as expected. 
it throws "Index downloads are disabled, search results may be incomplete.

I have tried this

Actually the issue is resolved. I just did two things... 
under, views ==> maven repositories , now expand global repositories  right click on central enable  Full Index and then rebuild  Index.
