" Clicking on the column headers of Applicant, Status, GPA should sort the list of applications " .​

As per my understanding, I have implemented the 'href click' for Headers (Applicant, Status and Gpa ) to sort the column. But I have a second thought, that the requirement might expect us to sort on table-cell  click (headers). I just want to confirm if the way I have implemented is correct  ?
