They are still working on the problem. I'm given a local account to access the lecture videos while they are trying to figure out why the AD accounts don't work. I'll send you the account information by email.

I can log in using both my log in info., and the AD account we were provided about 5 days ago.

However, now I get this error, and unable to view the video:

Unable to play the presentation. The media server may not be available or the media stream format may not be supported.
 (4001 An error has occurred.)

Any suggestions?

Our IT support Fernando said that he restarted the media service on the MediaSite server. Can you try again and see if it works?

I still get the same result. I don't have another computer on which I can test to see if I can view them, as the site seems to require us to use IE.

I just tried it on a school computer and it's working now. I don't know if it works on off-campus computers though.

It is working on my laptop now. But I am on campus, so I will test to see if it works via off-campus network.

Thank you for promptly taking care of issues.

I was told the firewall problem was fixed. Please let me know if you still can't access the videos off-campus.
