Dr. Abbott, if we want someone to review and/or certify unfinished code, does the reviewer lose points if the code they reviewed is unfinished? Does the code have to be completely finished to be certified? I am only asking for someone who wants to submit a lab that they truly cannot figure out and is unfinished but have at least done most of the code.

I'm confused by Vincent's answer.

In reply to the original question, I want everyone to complete the assignment before asking for a review or certification -- although it's fine to talk to someone about work that hasn't been completed as a way to help finish it. If the person you are writing for has questions, s/he should post a message explaining what they have done and where they got stuck or talk to someone (me, Jonathan, or someone else) in lab.
