Cheating is using code that we didn't write and passing it off as our own so are we not supposed to use the template.html or can we use it but just write a comment at the top saying that we didn't write it? I'm talking about a copy-past of the whole html code sort of thing.

That had been my initial thought, but then I looked more carefully and between the comments in the template and the fact that the template has no angular in it (apart from the import) suggests to me it's fine.
