If you do all the labs and understand and can explain your work (and your code is well-formatted, clear, and easy to read) you won't need any extra credit. If you haven't that's where you should focus.

In other words, if you have learned and can use the course material, you won't need extra credit. If you haven't, that's where you should put your effort.
