A user can click on the title of a job position and see the details of the position, which include the job title, description, publish date, close date, as well as the names of the review committee chair and the review committee members. 

HERE THE USER MEANS ADMIN? ONLY ADMIN CAN SEE REVIEWER LIST AND COMMITTEE CHAIR?
