When a user(for instance an Applicant) signs up for CSJobs we would ask for his/her last name, first name, email and password for login purposes. Right? then while filling up the Job Application do we require to ask for the same again i.e Contact information: last name, first name, phone, email, and address ?

Moreover Current job position: job title, institution (or company), start year of the current job means we ask him for his current employment details?
