Our group has set up a wiki page on csns for us to communicate and document everything between all the groups (url below):

The main page is locked by me to prevent people accidentially breaking the links, but each subpage is free for each group to edit and put their "dictionary" of commands and any other important information for the class to read.

I would highly recommend that only each respective group alter their own assigned page. If there are any errors or items that need more clarification, a discussion on that page can be created.

Discussions on each page can be created, documenting all the communications.

Every group should subscribe to their own pages to get notifications if another group posts anything.

If you're uncertain how to use the wiki, you can play around with a test wiki:

You can even create your own wiki and experiment, but please do not spend too much time on it because it is not the main part of the project.
