when I download or atleast view there is no content in the file.

It works for me. 

Which browser are you using? Be sure to try refreshing the page

its google chrome i refreshed the page as well its still not showing any files

Yeah it was weird

No pdf shows when I am on a mac. 

But when I go to Windows the pdf does pop up

Try this.

Open the web link. 

Then right click file save as. 

And open it on your desktop
