Instructions can be found here http://lifehacker.com/5693309/how-to-install-android-on-an-iphone-in-six-easy-steps

If you don't have an Android phone, but you do have an iPhone, this is an option. However:

DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Hello Dr. Sargent,

Once the device is running Android how do we deploy our app on it?

Thanks.

I don't have an iPhone, but I guess it's the same as on an Android phone; make yourself a developer (on the phone), check the USB debugging checkbox. For the USB driver (if you are on Windows), the Android SDK has a generic one available via the SDK manager (open it up and look toward the bottom).
