Hello Professor,

 Regarding "Reorder Runways/Stages/Checkpoints in a Plan": Should this be allowed only to the Admin.

 Like, only an Admin can reorder them and the others, i.e. Advisors and Students should then see the plan accordingly on their screens.

Yes, those are admin functions. Only admin can change a plan in any way.
