The instructions state:

Each department in the college will have their own flight plan.
Each student has a major, which corresponds to a department.
For each student, the system keeps a copy of the flight plan of the student's major.

Question:

Is there only 1 major per department?  Because if not, and there are many majors for each department, then doesn't each major have their own flight plan ("the system keeps a copy of the flight plan of the student's major")?  If so, then won't "each department in the college" have many flight plans, as opposed to "their own flight plan"?
