Hello Dr. Sun,

Will the students have right to add/edit stages? In other words will the runway-stage matrix be same for all students enrolled in the same major?

Also will the students be able to add/edit check points?

Students cannot edit the plans in any way (checking the checkpoints is not considered editing the plan), nor can the advisors. As stated in the homework, only administrators can edit plans.

Also is it possible for an administrator to enable different runway/stage for different department or will the runway/stage combination remain same for all irrespective of department?

Not sure what you mean by "enable". Each department has its own plan, and different plans may have different runways/stages.
