Unable View the Lecture Recordings

As I try to login to the site, it says "Sign In Failed: Unknown username or bad password." I have already changed my password twice but nothing is working. I'm facing this problem since yesterday. But such problem never occured before. Please, let me know what should I do. Can I view the recordings from any other link? This is urgent. I really need to see some parts of the video for my home work 1 assignment. Thank you.

To access the recordings you need to log in using your campus account (i.e. the account you use to log in GET, connect to the campus wireless network etc.). If you have problem with your campus account, please contact ITS Help Desk.
