Some minor changes:

. Allow empty/null value in CalendarPropertyEdtior. This means due date, publish date etc. can now be changed to empty.

. Allow admin to change student grades (from the top menu Department -> Sections, then select the student from Grade Sheet).

. Allow editing/deleting assignment blocks on class site.

. Add links to class sites on the Department -> Sections page.

. Sort departments by id instead of by name so CS is always the first.

. Fixed a bug that prevented instructors from deleting their own sections.

. Only completed rubric evaluations will show up in the Instructor/Evaluator view.

. Add profile pictures to submission list.

. Set the correct home URL on the rubric evaluation page based on the user's role.
