Depending on technical feasibility selected outside sites may be available, but don't count on it. As someone mentioned above, you may bring up to 5 pages of hard-copy notes. In making up the test my goal was to make it minimally dependent on memory. The questions attempt to get to your understanding of the material, not your memory of details that can be easily looked up. So, for example, you will be able to look up the wiki page on the Master Method. You don't need to memorize it. But you should know how to use it to solve a problem. Of course the line between memory and understanding can be blurry. You should understand, i.e., remember, the difference between BFS and DFS.
