The first powerpoint is based (almost word for word) on the 2nd edition (not the 3rd!) of Software Archicture in Practice, chapters 1 and 2. Powerpoint 3 is based on chapters 4 and 5. Powerpoint 4 is based on chapter 7. You can view that for free here:
