Dr. Sun,

Allow me to clarify, each homework is broken into a certain number of parts. Each of these parts have a maximum amount of points. My question is where do the figures come from?

Please answer my question in terms of Homework_2.

Those figures are based on my estimate of how much effort is needed to implement each part.
