Computer programmers- write the code that enables software to operate as
intended by developers.

Software Developers -They need to know computer languages that are used to write the code for programs.

I would just say primarily things that have to do with programming and the... well... "science of computers" and perhaps furthering accomplishing the potential of what we can achieve from computers and computing. Research, development, all those goodies.

Essentially though, a more direct answer would be programmers and developers for software and programs, games, and even more experimental things, like Artificial Intelligence, which is what I'm interested in!

Great question, never really understood exactly what it is one would do once obtaining a degree and what a career in the field would consist of. Responses and sites are really helpful. Thank you.
