I am a transfer student and would like to know what would look better or recommended to look better under a resume for a Computer Science major, an internship or joining a computer science club on campus? or should both be done?

I believe overall an internship would be better for a resume as it would not only give you more knowledge of your field, but also experience working in a professional environment.
