All the messaged exchanged among the three parties and show that the messaged are encrypted in the following cases:

1) Normal case. an eligible voter votes for the first time and the vote should be counted.

2) An eligible voter tries to vote twice and the vote should not be counted.

3) An illegitimate oute vote tries to vote and the vote should not be counted.
