whenever i restart my eclipse i am getting this error,i uninstalled everything and did from basics again but again its showing same error

I've never seen this error before, but according to this, it may have something to do with corrupted Maven dependencies. Just delete the .m2 folder, start Eclipse, and wait until the dependencies are downloaded. Make sure you have good internet connection when you do this.
