Here are the things we'll look for in your presentation:

1. Knowledge of the Subject

Most students only have a few days to learn the subject they present, so we don't expect everybody to be a domain expert. With that said, everybody should be able to answer basic questions about the part they present, particularly about the things on their slides.

2. Content Selection and Organization

Keep your audience in mind when you select and organize your materials. The goal is to select content most relevant/informative/useful to the audience, and organize it in a way that is easy to understand and remember.

3. Presentation Skills

• Explain things clearly.
• Face the audience and make eye contact.
• Speak good English.
• Time management.
• Use of visual aid (e.g. PPT).
