Hello professor,

Can we make  changes in Model of Homework 3  in Homework 4?

If yes then as per change in model do we need to do homework 3 again and then do homework 4 ?

Sure. It's a new homework so make whatever changes you want.

And yes, you do need to update your db scripts and test cases accordingly.
