Just wondering if anyone has gotten FileZilla working for CS 120. |

The most common problem with this is that you may need to fill in the port field in the UI with port 22. Most other SFTP clients try port 22 by default for SFTP. |

Try these settings: Host: sftp://cs120s(put in your number here)@cs1.calstatela.edu Username: cs120s(put in your number here) Password: (use your password) Port: 22 Quickconnect
FIlezilla is pretty user friendly for putting files on your remote site on cs1. You can just click and drag them over from the left side(which is on you computer), to the server on the right side under the specific directories that you need them to be under. My only problem is that I can only do it from home and not at the school. So far, I have had to do all my work at home. |
