Transferring to another college is really not my priority or my main concern right now, but I would like to have that option later on. having said that, what are the most common requirements to transfer? (ex. which GE courses should I complete first?)

This really depends on the school you are transferring to.  My understanding is that its easier to transfer to a school that is within the CSU system than one that is not since the schools are supposed to have similar course requirements.  Your best option, however, is to contact any potential schools and see what their requirements are.
