I don't believe they offer this for students. I know for faculty and staff you can purchase copies of office at very reduced prices. After searching through the school website I can't find any mention of this for students. If you are looking for an office type suite, and you don't need specific features of Office 2013, then check out a program called LibreOffice. I have been using this as a Microsoft Office alternative and I really enjoy it. On a side note, if you are a CS student you can sign up for an MSDN account. On CSNS got to Resources -> Surveys -> and then choose the only survey that's on there. Fill it out and you will get access to the MSDN website. From there you can download free copies of other Microsoft products including Windows 7 professional, Windows 8 professional, and even Windows 8.1 professional. Last time I looked the main Office products were not available on there unfortunately. |
