There is a misunderstanding about a C- grade in CS 332f. C- is a passing grade it satisfies the CS major requirement. (I believe any passing grade does.)

Many classes require C or better in prerequisite classes, but CS 332f is not a prerequisite to any other class.  With a C- you can continue on with the major with no impediment.
